Elektropionir is a concert club opened in 2016 as the continuation and evolution of the music venue known as Gun Club (2010–2016). It is not just a club but a cultural platform that actively builds and nurtures the alternative and independent scene in Belgrade and the wider region. Over the years, Elektropionir has hosted dozens of releases, hundreds of concerts, parties, exhibitions, and various other events, becoming a key place for connecting the local and regional music scenes, with a strong focus on promoting European values, collaboration, and cultural exchange. Located in the very heart of Belgrade’s artistic quarter, Cetinjska, the club is recognized as an important part of the emerging young scene—a place where artists, bands, DJs, and creative collectives are given the space to present their work and grow their audience. Its program has featured some of the most significant names from the region, as well as numerous international performers. Elektropionir is also home to the KONTAKT music conference and showcase festival, one of the most important events for music professionals in the region and beyond, where the club plays the role of mediator and initiator of musical and cultural happenings.

The club is operated by Odličan Hrčak, one of the most influential independent record labels and concert agencies in the region. Over the past two decades, this collective has:
• Organized over 2,000 concerts featuring local and international artists
• Managed and represented key names of the regional music scene
• Created and executed the largest concert tour in Serbia (Top 10 / 25 cities over two years)
• Played a fundamental role in developing the alternative club scene in Belgrade and Serbia

In 2021, Elektropionir also became home to Anti Shop, which has grown into the largest vinyl store in Serbia, further expanding its cultural influence and contribution to the independent scene. The club also functions as a vinyl bar on days when concerts are not scheduled. Anti Shop is a specialized store with an exceptionally wide selection of original domestic and international CD, LP, and DVD releases, books, and licensed T-shirts, located inside the iconic concert venue Elektropionir at Cetinjska. With a collection of more than 7,000 titles, we are one of the most well-equipped stores offering original domestic and international vinyl records in Serbia.

First Time in Cetinjska 15?

No rules, no pressure — just a few useful tips to help you feel right at home.

Cetinjska is a cultural and nightlife complex in Belgrade, located in a former industrial building. It’s known for live concerts, DJ nights, bars, alternative music, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Multiple venues in one place. In and around the courtyard, you’ll find different bars, live music spaces, and clubs — each with its own style, sound, and crowd.

Anything but boring.  From indie, rock, and electronic music to hip-hop, jazz, and experimental genres — the program depends on the night and the venue.

Entrance to the complex is free, but some concerts and events may require a ticket. We recommend checking the program in advance.

For most bars — no. For larger events or concerts, buying tickets or making a reservation (if available) is recommended.

No strict rules. Come as you are — from casual to creative. Cetinjska values authenticity over formality.

Both. It’s a place where locals, artists, musicians, and travelers meet — especially those looking to experience Belgrade beyond the usual tourist routes.

It’s located in the central city area of Dorćol and is easily accessible on foot, by taxi, or by public transport. Most drivers and map apps recognize it by name.

Streets around Cetinjska are part of Belgrade’s zoned paid parking system (red/yellow/green zones), where street parking is allowed for 2–3 hours (depending on the zone) and must be paid via SMS.
Cetinjska also has its own parking area, and there are nearby public garages where you can park by the hour or day, such as Politika and Strahinjića Bana.

Prvi put u Cetinjskoj?

Sve osim dosadne.
